About the Blog

Welcome to Reliable and Efficient Blog

In 2014, I started this blog on reliability and maintenance engineering, management and leadership. After all this time and more than 20 original articles published, I am amazed about the genuine interest these topics have arisen.

Not so long ago, the maintenance function was undervalued and even considered a cost. Nowadays, it is known that reliability and maintenance engineering is a key part of the business success and must be integrated with the other areas. Furthermore, with the rise of Asset Management, especially after the success of PAS55 and ISO 55000 standards, the need for that integration has increased dramatically.

You can follow the Blog’s LinkedIn page, subscribe to my newsletter or follow me on and Pinterest to stay updated and share and comment on my posts.

Let’s start the discussion! There are many methodologies and approaches to maintenance engineering and I would love to hear about your experience and views.

See you around. Cheers,
